By commissioning me you agree to the terms below:For me (the artist):
- You cannot use my art for monetary or commercial reasons, such as selling them forward, using them as NFTs or using them to train AI. OTHER commercial reasons are allowed as long as it's discussed beforehand.
- Currently commisions must be payed 100% upfront once the sketch has been finalised. I will sent the commissioner a PayPal invoice.
- I am able to deny the commisions if it violates established rules or if I am uncomfortable with the commission.
- I am able to drop the commission if ill behaviour occurs or if the commissioner ghosts me, whilst offering a refund, but not the progress.
- I have the ability to drop the project in case of emergency or other, whilst offering a refund, but not the progress.
- I will provide progress updates regulary and when asked.
- I, as the artist, hold copyright to the image. The commisioner cannot claim the piece as their own or alter it without permission.
- I may use the artwork as examples on my site with the commissioner's permission.

For you, the commisoner:
-Must be at least 18 years old to commission!-The commissioner can claim the rights to their characters but not to the drawing itself.
-The commisoner may use the artwork on social media with proper credit to me.
-the commisoner has no rights to demand a refund after the artwork is fully finished.
-The commisioner has the right to a full refund for the commision if the artwork is not completed on time, but not the picture.
-The commisioner is able to reguest small changes after the drawing is done, if I made an error.
-Big changes cannot be made to the lineart once the sketch has been approved of.
-The commisioner must provide proper references of the character(s).

T.O.S. ARE LIABLE TO CHANGE

WHAT I DRAW:

* My style for drawing animals is usually more semi-realistic than super cartoony, but I can work either way. Can also draw realistic animals!
** blood and violence to an extent. I won't draw extremely heavy, extremely realistic gore. This can be further discussed!

WHAT I MIGHT DRAW:

** This includes things such as revealing clothes or poses. Can be further discussed. You must be at least 18 to commission, no matter if the artwork is suggestive or not!

WHAT I WON'T DRAW:

WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT DRAW ANYTHING EVEN REMOTELY SUGGESTIVE WITH CHARACTERS THAT ARE MINORS!
